ALIDE Regional conference on Development Banks

The World Bank, the Secretariat of Property and Public Credit of Mexico (SHCP), the Latin American Association of Financial Institutions (ALIDE) and the Latin American Monetary Training center (CEMLA), are pleased in announcing the Regional Conference “Bank of development and the present international surroundings”, to be made Monday 6 of December of 2010 in the audience Antonio Ortiz Mena de Financial Nacional, in the City of Mexico, D. F.

The meeting’s objective is to establish a frame for the discussion and interchange of opinions, successful experiences and practices in relation to the important contracíclico roll that it carries out the bank of development and its support to the sustainability of the growth in the region after crisis, identifying alternative to fortify his operative, institutional aspects and of corporative government.

Also, by the constant support that offers the bank of development to the high-priority sectors of our countries, during the meeting to innovations in their products and services will be discussed, turn out of the permanent search of these institutions to take care of necessities insatisfechas of their clients, as well as procedures and methodologies of monitoreo and measurement of the impact of their activities.

The meeting is directed to executives and authorities of high level of development banks , central banks, international organisms, ministries and secretariats of economy and development, as well as other organizations of the region directly related to the subject..
