Among the subjects to be addressed are infrastructure and economic growth, needs and public policies; development banking and the mobilization of funds to finance infrastructure and public works; local development, economic decentralization and infrastructure project financing; and physical infrastructure and regional integration: hubs, initiatives and advances.
